Returns & Refunds Policy
At Beauty2Amaze, your satisfaction is our top priority! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our policy below for more information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
We gladly accept returns, but for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept items that are unopened and unused. Returns must be requested within 14 days from the day your order arrives. Please note, we cannot accept returns after this period.
To ensure your return is eligible, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unopened with original packaging intact, including any hygiene seals.
- If you received a free gift with your order, it must be returned along with your items before we can process your refund.
- Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
For used or opened products, we regret that we cannot process a refund or accept the return.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy! Just send us an email at sayedkarolia@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Reason for return
Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm that we can accept the return and provide the return address. Please return the item in its original packaging and include a note with your order number, name, and shipping address to help us process your return quickly. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return, and please provide us with a copy of the proof of postage.
If you received damaged or faulty items or the wrong product, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a photo of the damage, packaging, shipping label, and a photo/video of the faulty product, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you need a different item, simply return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
